What will you experience in Samson Peak Trekking Tour?

Panoramic view of Dalat from the top of Samson Mountain

It takes a total of 12 kilometers of rock climbing to reach the paradise scenery. So be prepared and eat a nutritious breakfast full of energy to tackle this journey. On your way up the mountain, you can leave the city noise behind and travel through a quiet and small village. In Dalat, there are colorful flower fields, a garden of fresh vegetables, a productive coffee plantation, and a popular rose garden. After that, you’ll gradually ascend to Samson Mountain, which stands at 1700 meters above sea level. The panoramic view of Dalat city from the top of Samson Mountain appears like a miniature “Ha Long Bay” emerging right before your eyes.

Lost in the dreamlike scenery of Tuyen Lam Lake (the Lake of Paradise)

The journey passes across an old-growth forest with abundant trees and a chestnut forest. During lunch, you can appreciate the poetic landscape of Tuyen Lam Lake; you can bathe, drink a cup of coffee, float, or take a cruise to enjoy the scenery around the lake. The tour will also take you through a woodland of rows of ancient trees that have been around for hundreds of years. You will also be able to stroll through artichoke fields and vividly colored strawberry farms – two of Dalat’s most popular agricultural items.

Being peaceful with the space of Truc Lam Zen Monastery

On the way back, you can visit Truc Lam Monastery, which is the largest monastery in Vietnam in terms of both room and height. Although the monastery is not old, the campus is very lovely, and the architecture is in accordance with nature, and it contains many mysteries of the spiritual world. Furthermore, the magnificent room of the Buddha world, as well as the fresh air of the highland, will provide you with a sense of peace and ease. You will also be able to enjoy the many exquisite and valuable Dalat flowers cultivated on the temple grounds.
